Our Google Analytics property is configured with a retention period of 2 months for event data and 14 months for user data, subject to Google’s applicable retention rules. These settings do not apply to standard aggregated reports. If the option to reset user-data retention on new activity is enabled, new activity can extend the retention period for the user’s identifier.

Emails and related attachments are retained for as long as necessary to respond to and follow up on inquiries, document relevant communications, or meet applicable legal obligations.

We review whether continued retention is necessary and delete information that is no longer needed. Correspondence documenting sources, permissions or editorial corrections may be retained while it remains necessary for those purposes.
